At Beauty Bliss, every order is processed with clinical precision to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly. Below is everything you need to know about our dispatch timelines, delivery options, and shipping terms.

1. Delivery Rates & Timelines

We partner with reliable logistics providers (including SF Express) to ensure seamless delivery across Hong Kong, Macau, and selected international destinations.

Note: Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong Public Holidays.

International Orders

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination. Estimated transit times range from 7 to 14 business days depending on customs processing.

2. Order Tracking & Status Updates

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, an automated receipt will be sent to your registered email/mobile number.
Dispatch Notice: As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking link and consignment number.
Live Tracking: Click the tracking link in your email/SMS or log in to your Beauty Bliss Account under "My Orders" to view live tracking updates.

3. Online-to-Offline (O2O) Counter Collection

To collect your order at one of our physical counters:

Select In-Store Pickup at checkout and choose your preferred counter.
Wait for the "Ready for Collection" SMS/Email notification before visiting.
Present your order confirmation email and registered phone number to our Validation Experts upon arrival.

4. Important Delivery Conditions

Incorrect Address Details: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or uncollected status, a re-delivery fee of HKD $30 will apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International): International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Adverse Weather Delays: Deliveries will be temporarily suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, is hoisted in Hong Kong. Deliveries will resume as soon as conditions permit.
